The strangulation of hämorrhoiden after its prolapsed distension

To be more specific the hämorrhoiden  is the varicosity of the veins of the region carrying out drainage of blood supplied by inferior positioned rectal arteries. The primary symptom felt is pain with swollen and irritated vein. Presence of itching resulting from skin irritation is found in external hemorrhoids. The external hemorrhoid may have thrombosis, in the event of a rupture of vein resulting in clot formation.

The location of internal hemorrhoids is confined in the rectum, which is not having pain receptors as result the hemorrhoid most often is painless, hence the awareness of the person suffering become very late in complaining. The presence of irritation is the cause of bleeding. When the internal hemorrhoids continue to remain untreated, the severity of the hemorrhoids is experienced as either prolapsed hemorrhoid or strangulation of hemorrhoid. The prolapsed hemorrhoid may have lot of distension causing it to protrude out of anus suffering strangulation, with the sphincter muscles undergoing spasm.
